The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, double sink, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Two clean, well-appointed bathrooms add to the home’s comfort and convenience.

Outside, the home offers a large front yard and easy parking with a spacious driveway and garage. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, you're only about 10–15 miles (20–25 minutes) from beautiful Pensacola Beach, making it easy to enjoy both the Gulf Coast’s sugar-white sands and the convenience of being close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This home is perfect for families, business travelers, military guests, and long-term stays — offering comfort, sunlight, and unbeatable proximity to everything Pensacola has to offer.

We provide a complimentary starter pack to help you settle in comfortably. This includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a sponge, one dishwasher pod, one laundry detergent, and hotel-sized toiletries. These items are meant to get you started, and for longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies as needed.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
